Education is the Birth Right of every Child !!! Hon Sec Rtn Jaishree Chhabrani gifted the Handwriting Books authored by her , to the children, who sadly have no house / home to stay . The children were happy to receive the Books . These children are imparted various skills by the volunteers of Upay NGO . RCNV is proud to reach out and be a part of this great noble cause. Director Rtn Jugal Kishore Agarwal and the coordinator of Upay Ms Kiran were also present .
