    RID 3030 and Rotary Club of Nagpur Vision (RCNV) are organising International Model United Nations Assembly ( MUNA) on a virtual platform ( ZOOM) on 29th November, 2020..

    450 + delegates have registered for the conference out of which over 150 delegates are from Rotary Districts other than 3030 (our District).. These delegates have been allotted a country and a committee prior so that they can prepare their discourse. There are 12 UN Committees like WHO,WTO, UNHRC, UNESCO etc into which the children have veen divided. Each Committee has a pre decided topic on which the delegates will discuss and deliberate. Each committee will be moderated by a team of renowned professional in the field and an experienced student MUNer.

    The opening ceremony is scheduled from 9 am to 945 am and will be graced by Rotary International President Elect Shekhar Mehta and District Governor RID 3030.

    The District team comprising District Interact Chairman Virendra Patrikar, District Secretary Taubenda Bhagwaghar, District Governor Nominee Dr.Anand Jhunjhunwala and District Governor Elect Ramesh Meher have been involved in the event.

    Host Club RCNV President Jatin Sampat, Director Youth Mohit Chaudhary, Directors General Sapna Vastani and Hetal Sampat, Secretary General Priyanka Gandhi and Team members Bhagyashri Saoji and Sneha Parikh have played a leading role in putting the event together.

    For ROTAKIDS Project

    The Rota kids committee started with a bang on the very first Day of the new Rotary year with the National Anthem sung by the children. It was very well appreciated by all.
    The next event was an environment video shoot where in the kids had to send videos regarding save the environment!
    August was very well celebrated by the Children with a slogan competition for friendships Day and the patriotic song competition.
    Both these competitions saw a great participation.
    Next in line was unique concept “Grandma’s stories” by PP Manju Shahni liked by kids and parents alike.
    Kids wait for the session every week. There have been 7 sessions till now.
    We are waiting for the exams to get over and we shall be resuming the story cum discussion sessions with the kids again.
