ROTARY Club of Nagpur Vision(RCNV) organiseda medical camp in village Nanda of the district.Director in-charge Abhishek Ghatodewas instrumental in holding the camp with the help of Dr Anuradha Shrikhande and RCCTeam.The camp offered a variety of medical services, including general check-ups, dental care, sickle cell screening, children and women’s health services. A team ofexperienced doctors and nurses provided services.Director (Medical)Dr Sangita Tajpuriya headed the medical team.
The camp also provided free medicines and educational material on health and hygiene.
The villagers were grateful for the camp and the services that were provided.
Water filters were distributed under RCNV Community Services on the occasion. The purpose of water filter distribution in villages is to provide villagers access to clean and safe drinking water. The distribution took place under the guidance of Director Community, Nitya Agrawal.
The medical camp had a significant impact on the health and well-being of the villagers. The camp provided them with an opportunity to get their health checked and receive treatment for any ailments they had.
The camp also helped in raising awareness about health and hygiene among the villagers. The educational material taught thevillagers about the importance of handwashing, clean drinking water, and proper nutrition.
