A Sanitary Pad Dispensing Machine was installed at Sindhu Hindu Mahavidyalaya Pachpaoli this morning. The college has over 2000 girl students from the lower strata of society. This was the 2nd such installation of RCNV under its community service, Wash and WINS in Schools programs.
